Vormly is an AI generation service run at vormly.ai. Creating an account or generating anything here puts these terms in force between you and us. If there is a clause you cannot accept, the remedy is to stop using the service rather than to use it on different terms. Two companion documents form part of the same agreement: the Privacy Policy sets out what we record about you, and the Content License covers what you may do with the files you generate.
You must be 18 or older. Generative models are unpredictable enough that we do not offer this service to minors, and using it is your statement that you meet that bar. Where your local law sets the age of majority higher than 18, that higher age is the one that applies to you. Signing up on behalf of a company is also your statement that you are able to commit that company to these terms.
Register with accurate details and keep them current — an address you can no longer receive mail at is how people lose access to their own account. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them. One person, one account: registering extra accounts to collect the daily free allowance more than once is a misuse of the free tier, and we may reclaim those credits and close the duplicate accounts.
Credits are the unit the service runs on, and they reach your balance three ways: a free allowance that refreshes daily, an allowance that comes with a paid plan and renews alongside it, and credits you buy outright. A run deducts credits when you submit it and returns them if it fails on our side or a provider's. Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use Vormly, not money — they carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts or resold, and the daily allowance expires each day instead of accumulating. What a model costs can change when a provider changes what it charges us; the price shown at the moment you submit is the price you pay for that run.
Plans are billed through Creem, our payment processor — your card details go to them, not to us. A subscription renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period intact: the plan and its credits stay with you until the day it would have renewed. Upgrading mid-period grants the difference in credits pro-rated against the time left, so the price per credit is the same whichever route you took to get to a plan.
Fees are non-refundable. Cancelling partway through a period earns no money back for the days you did not use, and neither does moving to a cheaper plan or leaving credits unspent — what you paid for runs to the end of the period, and that is the whole of it. Refund requests are reviewed one at a time and may be granted at our discretion; write to support@vormly.ai with your account email and what happened. Where we do refund a payment, the entitlement it bought ends the moment the refund goes through, including any credits it granted that you have not spent by then.
You own what you generate here, and you answer for it: for the prompts and reference files you submit, and for what you do with the results. What you may do with a generated file is set out in the Content License. In return, submitting or generating material grants us a licence over it — worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable — to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that material in order to run, improve, and promote Vormly. Generations are public by default: they appear in Explore, and a public file may be shown together with the prompt that made it, both on Vormly and in material promoting the service. Making a generation public grants that licence on wider terms — perpetual and irrevocable, and extending to distributing the file, making derivative works from it, and using it along with its prompt and settings to develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models, whether ours or those of partners we work with. That wider licence also covers other products and services we operate now or later. Keeping your work to yourself is part of a paid plan: subscribers can turn visibility off for any generation, while on the free tier generations stay public. A few tools produce private output for everyone regardless of plan — generated speech and editor results, for instance — and on the free tier publishing such a file is one-way: taking it private again is part of the visibility control that comes with a subscription. Turning a file private stops us showing it from that point on, but the licence you granted while it was public survives for copies and derivative works already made, and nothing can unmake copies other people already saved.
Some uses put other people at risk, and they are out of bounds no matter whose account is behind them:
We act on content that is reported to us and on content our own checks flag, and we would rather resolve a misunderstanding than close an account over one. Where a breach is clear we may remove or unpublish the file, reclaim the credits a violating run consumed, suspend the account, or close it. The serious cases — those involving minors, credible threats, or fraud — go to the relevant authorities. Enforcement is not a refund event: an account closed for a breach is not owed money back for unspent credits.
The service itself — the software, the interface, the Vormly name and marks, and everything we publish that is not user content — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. Using Vormly gives you no rights in any of it beyond using the product as intended. If you send us feedback, a bug report, or a suggestion, we may act on it and build it without owing you anything. That is not a claim on your creative work: it covers remarks about the product, not the files you generate.
Generations run on models supplied by third parties, and your prompt and reference files are sent to whichever provider serves the model you chose. Those providers set their own capacity, content filters, and pricing, and when one of them fails or retires a model, that model becomes unavailable here — sometimes with no warning we could have passed on. We add, retire, and re-price models as that market moves. We aim to keep Vormly running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance, provider outages, and abuse mitigation can all interrupt it.
You can stop using Vormly whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and its content. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required by law to act on, or that is being used in a way that endangers the service or the people on it. When an account closes, unspent credits are extinguished and access ends; the clauses meant to outlive the relationship — ownership, liability limits, indemnity, and anything already owed — survive it. We are not obliged to keep your files after closure, so export anything you want to keep before you go.
Vormly is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. Generative models are probabilistic: the same prompt twice need not give the same result, output can be wrong or unusable, and no amount of credit spend guarantees a result you are happy with. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties as far as the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity — and our total liability on any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some jurisdictions do not permit limits like these, and where that is so they simply do not apply to you.
If someone brings a claim against us over what you generated, published, or did here — a rights holder whose work appears in your reference images, a person whose likeness you used, an authority acting on illegal material — you agree to cover the cost of defending it, including reasonable legal fees. We will tell you about any such claim promptly, and we will not settle it in your name without asking you first.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Content License are the whole of the agreement between us and replace anything said beforehand. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stands and that clause is narrowed to whatever can be enforced. If we do not act on a breach at once, we have not given up the right to act on it later. You may not hand this agreement to someone else without our written agreement; we may transfer it if the business changes hands, and we will say so if that happens.
Products change and the terms describing them change with them. When we make a change, the date at the top of this page moves with it, and anything that materially affects your rights, your money, or what you are allowed to do comes with notice in the product — by email or on your next sign-in. Continuing to use Vormly after a change takes effect is your acceptance of it. If you would rather not accept it, cancel before it takes effect and the previous terms govern the period you already paid for.
