We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), images you generate, and basic usage data (page views, feature usage). We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for the service.
Your information is used to provide and improve Vormly services, process your generations, manage your account and credits, and communicate important updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's global infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Generated images are stored in Cloudflare R2 with access controlled by your account permissions.
We use third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Black Forest Labs) to process your generation requests. Your prompts are sent to these providers for processing but are not stored by them beyond the generation session. We also use Stripe for payment processing.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use local storage for your theme preference and sidebar state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through your account settings. You can export your generated images. To request complete data deletion, contact us at privacy@vormly.ai.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Vormly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
