What are credits?+
Credits are the universal currency for everything you create on Vormly — image, video, music and 3D generation across every model. 1 credit = $0.01. Different models consume different amounts per generation; the compare table on this page shows what each plan's credits translate to, model by model.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Each kind has its own life. Your 10 daily credits reset every day and never accumulate. Subscription credits refill at the start of each cycle — whatever is left when the cycle turns does not carry into the next one. Reward credits from streaks and achievements expire on their own short window, a week to a month. Pack credits are the only ones that last a full year.
Can I try Vormly for free?+
Yes. A growing set of AI tools is free forever, with no login and no usage limits. With a free account you get free daily generations on starter models — including Grok Video 6s clips — plus 10 free credits a day to spend on any model, and full access to the Design Agent and Canvas.
How does the 3-day free trial work?+
Pick a plan, add a card, and pay nothing today. The trial starts with 200 credits that work on every model at the same rates as a paid plan. On day 3 the plan you chose begins and your card is charged its normal price — unless you cancel first, which takes one click in the Subscription dialog. Cancelling doesn't end the trial early: it keeps running to the end of the 3 days with its remaining credits, your card is never charged, and you're back on the Free plan after. We email a reminder before the trial ends. One trial per account.
Is the Design Agent included?+
Yes, on every plan including Free. The agent's own work — planning, routing, reading your canvas — costs nothing; you only spend credits when it generates, at the same per-model prices as generating by hand. Its steps show in your credits history marked FREE.
How much storage do I get?+
Free includes 500 MB, Pro 5 GB, and Ultra scales from 50 GB to 300 GB with your tier. Generations keep working a little past your quota rather than failing mid-creation, and you can free up space anytime by deleting assets you no longer need.
Can I keep my generations private?+
Keeping work private is a subscriber feature. On the free plan, generations are public — they can appear in the gallery and on your profile — while output from the image editor, the agent canvas and text-to-speech starts private for everyone, because that is working material. Any plan can publish; turning something private needs an active subscription.
How does the Ultra slider work?+
The slider lets you choose your monthly credit volume — from 4,500 to 30,000 credits. Higher volumes come with volume discounts, so you pay less per credit, and your storage allowance grows with the tier (50 GB up to 300 GB). The compare table lays all five tiers out side by side, down to how many generations each buys on every model.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
You'll see a prompt to upgrade, or you can buy a one-time credit pack (from $20) if you'd rather not subscribe — pack credits stay valid for a full year and are spent last, after your daily, reward and subscription credits. Your daily free credits also reset the next day.
Can I switch plans?+
Upgrading takes effect immediately: you're charged the prorated price difference for the rest of the cycle, and the extra credits are there to use straight away. Credits you have already spent stay spent, and the rest of the current cycle is counted between the two tiers — so a credit costs the same whether you upgrade on day 1 or day 29. Switching monthly to yearly on the same tier works too, and starts a fresh cycle. Moving to a smaller plan isn't a switch: cancel, keep everything until the period you've paid for runs out, and subscribe again after that.
Prices show in my currency — will I be billed in it?+
The currency picker converts displayed prices using the European Central Bank's daily reference rate, marked with ≈ because it is an estimate. Billing itself is always in USD; your bank converts at its own rate, which may differ slightly.
Can I get a refund?+
Fees are non-refundable as a rule: cancelling partway through a period, moving to a smaller plan or leaving credits unspent doesn't earn money back — what you paid for runs to the end of the period. Requests are read one at a time and may be granted at our discretion; write to support@vormly.ai from your account email. Where we do refund a payment, what it bought ends the moment the refund goes through, including any credits it granted that you haven't spent.
Do credit packs expire?+
Pack credits stay valid for a full year from purchase. They are not tied to a subscription — you can buy a pack on the free plan and keep using it after a subscription ends.
Which credits are spent first?+
Daily free credits go first, then reward credits from streaks and achievements, then your subscription credits, and pack credits last. The order always spends whatever expires soonest, so the credits you paid outright are the last to go.
Should I buy a pack or subscribe?+
Subscribe if you create regularly: a plan gives more credits per dollar every month, takes the watermark off your downloads, and lets you keep far more generations running at once. Buy a pack if your usage is occasional or you need a one-off top-up on top of a plan — packs never renew and never charge you again.
