Vormly is an AI generation service run at vormly.ai by Vormly AI Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA — the company these terms mean whenever they say "we" or "us". By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, buying credits, or generating anything here, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old — or older, where your local age of majority is higher — and that you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy. We do not offer the service to minors. If there is a clause you cannot accept, the remedy is to stop using the service rather than to use it on different terms. Two companion documents form part of the same agreement: the Privacy Policy sets out what we record about you, and the Content License covers what you may do with the files you generate.
Vormly is an AI-powered platform for generating images, video, audio, text, and 3D models from prompts and reference files — a digital software-as-a-service product delivered over the internet. Access is granted the moment a payment is confirmed; nothing ships and nothing is printed, which is why refunds work the way Section 7 describes. Generations run on models supplied by third parties, and your prompt and reference files are sent to whichever provider serves the model you chose. Today that includes the GPT Image family (which powers Vormly Basic), Flux, Seedream, Nano Banana (Gemini), Grok, Veo, Kling, Wan, and Seedance, among others — the in-app model picker names the model behind every option. Those providers set their own capacity, content filters, and pricing, and when one of them fails or retires a model, that model becomes unavailable here — sometimes with no warning we could have passed on. We add, retire, and re-price models as that market moves. We aim to keep Vormly running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance, provider outages, and abuse mitigation can all interrupt it.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account; where your local law sets the age of majority higher, that higher age applies. Register with accurate details and keep them current — an address you can no longer receive mail at is how people lose access to their own account. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them. One person, one account: registering extra accounts to collect the daily free allowance more than once is a misuse of the free tier, and we may reclaim those credits and close the duplicate accounts. The same rule governs the referral programme, where it is applied without exception: a referral reward is for bringing in a real, separate person. Referring yourself, referring accounts you control, or registering accounts by automated means forfeits the reward on both sides — we take the credits back, spent or not — and we close every account involved, the inviter's included.
We offer recurring subscription plans in several tiers, billed monthly or yearly, and one-time credit packs sold alongside them; current plans and prices live on the pricing page. Credits are the unit the service runs on, and they reach your balance three ways: a free allowance that refreshes daily, an allowance that comes with a paid plan and renews alongside it, and credits you buy outright. A run deducts credits when you submit it and returns them if it fails on our side or a provider's. Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use Vormly, not money — they carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts or resold, and the daily allowance expires each day instead of accumulating. What a model costs can change when a provider changes what it charges us; the price shown at the moment you submit is the price you pay for that run. Credits earned through the referral programme are paid when the person you invited finishes their first creation, expire thirty days after they are granted, and are conditional on the invitation being genuine — see Your Account for what happens when it is not.
Plans are billed through our payment partners — Stripe, or Waffo Pancake acting as merchant of record — and your card details go to them, not to us. By subscribing you expressly authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method at the start of each billing period; that authorization stands until you cancel as Section 6 describes. Each credit-pack purchase is a separate one-time charge authorized at checkout and creates no recurring authorization. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged; where tax must be collected on a sale, our payment partners calculate and remit it as part of that charge. Upgrading mid-period grants the difference in credits pro-rated against the time left, so the price per credit is the same whichever route you took to get to a plan.
You can cancel at any time in Account Settings → Subscription, or by writing to support@vormly.ai. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period intact: the plan and its credits stay with you until the day it would have renewed, and you are not charged again. Credit packs bought separately are unaffected by cancelling a subscription and keep their own validity.
Your first paid purchase carries a 7-day guarantee: if it is your first subscription or credit pack and you have used no more than 0.5% of the credits it granted, write to support@vormly.ai within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. A duplicate charge caused by a billing error is always refunded, and where your local law grants a mandatory withdrawal right (the 14-day right in the EU and UK, for instance), that right is preserved. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable: cancelling partway through a period earns no money back for the days you did not use, and neither does moving to a cheaper plan or leaving credits unspent — what you paid for runs to the end of the period, and that is the whole of it. Other requests are reviewed one at a time and may be granted at our discretion; write to support@vormly.ai with your account email and what happened. Where we do refund a payment, the entitlement it bought ends the moment the refund goes through, including any credits it granted that you have not spent by then. Three mechanics shape what a refund can contain: credits included with a subscription last for the period that granted them and do not roll over; separately purchased credits keep their own validity — a year from purchase — regardless of what happens to your subscription; and when both kinds are available, subscription credits are spent first.
If a charge looks wrong, write to support@vormly.ai before disputing it with your bank — we respond within 2 business days and fix confirmed billing errors within 5. A chargeback raised while the entitlement is still in use is treated the way a refund is: the plan or credits the charge bought end with it.
You own what you generate here, and you answer for it: for the prompts and reference files you submit, and for what you do with the results. What you may do with a generated file is set out in the Content License. In return, submitting or generating material grants us a licence over it — worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable — to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that material in order to run, improve, and promote Vormly. We do not use your prompts, reference files, or generated content to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Generations are public by default: they appear in Explore, and a public file may be shown together with the prompt that made it, both on Vormly and in material promoting the service. Making a generation public grants that licence on wider terms — perpetual and irrevocable, and extending to distributing the file and making derivative works from it. That wider licence also covers other products and services we operate now or later. Keeping your work to yourself is part of a paid plan: subscribers can turn visibility off for any generation, while on the free tier generations stay public. A few tools produce private output for everyone regardless of plan — generated speech and editor results, for instance — and on the free tier publishing such a file is one-way: taking it private again is part of the visibility control that comes with a subscription. Turning a file private stops us showing it from that point on, but the licence you granted while it was public survives for copies and derivative works already made, and nothing can unmake copies other people already saved. The service itself — the software, the interface, the Vormly name and marks, and everything we publish that is not user content — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. Using Vormly gives you no rights in any of it beyond using the product as intended. If you send us feedback, a bug report, or a suggestion, we may act on it and build it without owing you anything. That is not a claim on your creative work: it covers remarks about the product, not the files you generate.

We act on content that is reported to us and on content our own checks flag, and we would rather resolve a misunderstanding than close an account over one. Where a breach is clear we may remove or unpublish the file, reclaim the credits a violating run consumed, suspend the account, or close it. The serious cases — those involving minors, credible threats, or fraud — go to the relevant authorities. Enforcement is not a refund event: an account closed for a breach is not owed money back for unspent credits. Every prompt passes a server-side safety check before anything is generated: our own filters and Waffo's Prompt Sift content-safety screen decline or rewrite requests aimed at prohibited content, and some requests are held briefly for human review. To report a generated file that breaks these rules, email support@vormly.ai with a link to the content — a person reviews every report and acts on it with the measures above. And if you believe we actioned your content or account in error, email support@vormly.ai; a human will review the decision and reply within 3 business days.
Your use of Vormly is governed by our Privacy Policy, published at vormly.ai/privacy and forming part of this agreement. Card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment partners — Stripe, or Waffo Pancake as merchant of record — and never touches our servers. Account data is kept until you delete your account; deletion removes your profile, your content, and the sign-in records attached to it, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Vormly is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. Generative models are probabilistic: the same prompt twice need not give the same result, output can be wrong or unusable, and no amount of credit spend guarantees a result you are happy with. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties as far as the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity — and our total liability on any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some jurisdictions do not permit limits like these, and where that is so they simply do not apply to you.
If someone brings a claim against us over what you generated, published, or did here — a rights holder whose work appears in your reference images, a person whose likeness you used, an authority acting on illegal material — you agree to cover the cost of defending it, including reasonable legal fees. We will tell you about any such claim promptly, and we will not settle it in your name without asking you first.
You can stop using Vormly whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and its content. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required by law to act on, or that is being used in a way that endangers the service or the people on it. When an account closes, unspent credits are extinguished and access ends; the clauses meant to outlive the relationship — ownership, liability limits, indemnity, and anything already owed — survive it. We are not obliged to keep your files after closure, so export anything you want to keep before you go.
Vormly AI Labs LLC is formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and these terms are governed by Wyoming law without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that reach a court — the ones Resolving Disputes below leaves to one — belong in the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming, and both of us agree to those courts having jurisdiction. None of this takes away a consumer-protection right your own country's law gives you and does not let us contract away: where such a right applies, it applies alongside these terms. Most disagreements are settled fastest by writing to support@vormly.ai — say what happened and what you want, and that usually ends it. For a formal dispute we prefer arbitration to litigation wherever the law allows it. Either way, claims are brought individually: each of us agrees to bring a claim only in our own name, and not as a plaintiff in or member of a class, collective, or representative proceeding, or consolidated with anyone else's claim. Small-claims court stays open to either of us for a claim that qualifies. Anything that reaches a court goes to the courts named in Which Law Applies.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Content License are the whole of the agreement between us and replace anything said beforehand. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stands and that clause is narrowed to whatever can be enforced. If we do not act on a breach at once, we have not given up the right to act on it later. You may not hand this agreement to someone else without our written agreement; we may transfer it if the business changes hands, and we will say so if that happens. Products change and the terms describing them change with them. When we make a change, the date at the top of this page moves with it, and anything that materially affects your rights, your money, or what you are allowed to do comes with at least 14 days' notice — by email or on your next sign-in. Continuing to use Vormly after a change takes effect is your acceptance of it. If you would rather not accept it, cancel before it takes effect and the previous terms govern the period you already paid for.
